The Opportunity

We're looking for an Agent Growth Advisor - someone who loves people, thrives on building genuine relationships, and gets excited about connecting talented real estate agents with an amazing opportunity. This isn't your typical high-pressure sales role. We're not about hard sells or pushy tactics. We're about finding the right fit - agents who align with our values and culture, and who we can genuinely help succeed.

What You'll Do

Your days will be dynamic, flexible, and focused on meaningful connections:

  • Connect with real estate agents across the Kansas City metro area through various channels
  • Set appointments for one-on-one meetings to learn about agents' goals and share what makes our team special
  • Conduct meetings (virtual and occasionally in-person) to build relationships and help agents see if we're the right fit
  • Leverage social media to engage with agents, share our story, and build your network
  • Attend and host networking events to meet agents face-to-face and represent our team in the community
  • Track and achieve goals for agent recruitment on a monthly/quarterly basis
  • Extend the olive branch to agents who might be looking for something different in their career - be their supporter and cheerleader

This is soft-sales, relationship-focused work. You're not here to pressure anyone; you're here to genuinely encourage, support, and help agents discover whether The Spradling Group could be their next great career move.

Your Schedule

This is one of the best perks of the job. Flexibility is the name of the game You'll work remotely from home with a schedule that adapts to your life and our needs:

  • 20-30 hours per week depending on the time of year, your personal goals, and team needs
  • Perfect for someone looking to work while kids are at school, or who wants control over their schedule
  • Occasional in-person events in the Kansas City area
  • You set the pace - we just need someone who's motivated and gets results

What You Need

  • Sales or recruiting experience in any industry (real estate experience is a plus but NOT required)
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Strong communication skills - written and verbal
  • Reliable internet connection and home workspace
  • Valid driver's license and ability to attend occasional local events
