Gordon Brothers is a global leader in asset valuation and disposition, helping clients navigate change by providing strategic solutions across retail, industrial, and wholesale sectors. Our wholesale business supports clients with inventory management, logistics, and operational excellence.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Management-Operations Intern to join our Commercial & Industrial team in Nashville, TN for Summer 2026. This internship offers hands-on experience in management & operational strategy and process improvements within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Operations: Assist in daily operations, including data analysis, process improvement and project management tasks.
  • Collaborate with Deal Teams: Work closely with deal teams to ensure smooth project operations and contribute to initiatives.
  • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze and provide reporting on key divisional data to support decision making and process improvement.
  • Strategic Process Support: Help manage strategic projects including timelines, key deliverables and participate in meetings to discuss.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree with expected graduation of Spring 2027
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, PowerPoint, Google Slides,
  • Excellent written & oral communication and teamwork abilities
  • Self-starter with a passion for learning and problem-solving
