What You Will Do as a Sales Enrollment Trainee:

In the Sales Enrollment Trainee role, you'll gain hands-on experience across many parts of the business. You will:

  • Engage with customers face-to-face to promote AT&T products and services.
  • Guide customers through the enrollment process, including new account setups, service upgrades, and plan changes.
  • Deliver personalized solutions based on each customer's needs and preferences.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer information and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Represent the AT&T brand with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.
  • Work closely with the team to achieve and exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Work with the marketing team on outreach campaigns, community events, and promotions to increase visibility and boost enrollments.
  • Track and achieve individual and team sales goals while always prioritizing top-notch customer service.
  • Continue learning and growing your knowledge of telecom, wireless solutions, and marketing best practices through training and mentorship.
  • Represent AT&T with confidence, positivity, and professionalism in every interaction.
