About this Role:

Servicepoint has a customer seeking 3 Entry Level PC Technicians for a 4 month assignment 100% onsite located in Lake Forest IL. The hours will be 8AM-5PM Monday-Friday. Estimated start date is November 10th. The responsibilities are as follows:

· Unbox and deploy PCs, monitors, phones, and printers.

· Mount PCs to arms and set up monitors.

· Install and position phones at designated workstations.

· Perform cable management to ensure clean and organized setups.

· Provide on-site support during the go-live phase.

· Collaborate with hospital IT staff to ensure smooth deployment.

Qualifications:

· 1-2 years Prior experience in IT hardware deployment or service technician work preferred.

· Ability to lift and move IT equipment safely.

· Strong attention to detail and cable management skills.

· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

· Reliability and punctuality are essential.

· Requirement: Anyone working this role, must either have received a current flu vaccine or must be willing to receive a flu vaccine at the onset of the engagement.

· No travel; single-site deployment project.

· Exceptional communication and customer service skills
