Job Title: In-Store Sales Promoter – Colonial Marble & Granite (Inside Costco)

Job Type: 40 hours plus OT

Schedule: Thursday – Sunday (Must be available all 4 days)

Rotating Costco store locations in PA, NJ, DE – reliable transportation required

Pay: $16-$18.00 per hour (based on experience)

Job Description:

Colonial Marble & Granite is seeking an enthusiastic, outgoing, and reliable individual to represent our brand inside Costco Wholesale stores as In-Store Sales Promoter.

In this role, you will be the face of Colonial Marble & Granite — engaging Costco shoppers, promoting our countertop and generator services, and collecting leads for our in-home design consultants. This is a great opportunity for someone with a friendly personality and a knack for sales or customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent Colonial Marble & Granite professionally within select Costco store locations
  • Engage with customers, explain our products and services (no hard selling)
  • Gather customer information and generate leads for our sales team
  • Set up and maintain a clean, professional display table
  • Travel to different Costco stores within the region (mileage is not reimbursed)
  • Meet weekly goals for lead generation

Requirements:

  • Must be available to work Thursday through Sunday
  • Must have a reliable vehicle and be able to travel to various Costco locations
  • Outgoing, engaging, and comfortable approaching people
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be punctual, dependable, and self-motivated
  • Prior experience in retail, promotions, or customer service is a plus
