Architectural Manager

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architectural Manager position include:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field; Licensed Architect preferred
  • 5–10 years of experience in architectural design and project leadership (construction experience preferred)
  • Lead and mentor a growing architectural team, fostering collaboration and professional development
  • Create and review construction documents and technical drawings using Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and BIM
  • Ensure compliance with local zoning laws, safety regulations, and building codes
  • Conduct job site visits to evaluate design implementation and resolve field issues
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, client relationships, and coordination with engineering and construction teams
  • Stay current with industry trends, sustainability practices, and design technologies

Salary:
$150,000 - $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
