Young students may work on counting, common words and basic grammar as older students progress into reading and writing and more complex concepts.  Knowledge of subject matter and executing lesson plans will help ensure the classroom runs smoothly on any day as necessary. You will also…Cover classroom duties as neededMaintain the ordered arrangement, appearance, and décor of the classroomDevelop relationships with other school staffTreat all students with kindness and respect.What We Are Looking ForBachelor's degree from an accredited college or universityPrior classroom experience in an elementary classroom setting is preferredFlexibility and creativity.
