We uphold high expectations because our scholars deserve nothing less.

  • Bring Your A-Game. Set ambitious academic goals for scholars and yourself, and demonstrate the resilience and persistence required to meet them.
  • Master Your Content. Teach diverse, rigorous texts—from classic literature to contemporary works—while building scholar proficiency in analysis, writing, argumentation, and vocabulary.
  • Deliver with Impact. Facilitate dynamic whole-group and small-group instruction that deepens student thinking and encourages authentic discussion. Provide timely and meaningful feedback on scholar writing to promote growth.
Become Better Together

Our collective strength is rooted in our diverse perspectives and shared mission.

  • Build Team Excellence. Contribute positively to school culture by offering support, sharing ideas, and engaging in open, solutions-oriented dialogue.
  • Set High Standards. Implement consistent classroom systems and routines that maintain strong learning environments aligned to RePublic's values.
  • Collaborate with Purpose. Partner closely with colleagues—departmental teammates, instructional coaches, and school leaders—to design aligned lessons, assessments, and learning experiences.
Create Joy

Joy is foundational to our work—and essential to scholar success.

  • Cultivate Connections. Build strong, affirming relationships with scholars and families through consistent communication and partnership.
