The Opportunity
Baltimore Crisis Response, Inc. (BCRI) is seeking a skilled Case Management Program Manager to provide leadership and administrative oversight for all organizational case management and care coordination services. This role ensures program capacity, sustainability, compliance, and quality assurance while supporting system integration across internal teams and external partners such as 988 Call Centers, Law Enforcement, Residential Services, and the Health Department. The Program Manager will guide strategic planning, oversee data collection and quality initiatives, ensure contractual deliverables with the LBHA are met, and manage staff performance, development, and compliance. What You'll Do
- Oversees the planning, implementation, and system integration of case management and care coordination services for children, adolescents, and adults.
- Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders (including 988 Call Centers, Law Enforcement, Residential Services, MRT/MCT, Medical Services, Health Department, etc.) and participates in the planning, implementation, management, monitoring, and evaluation of case management services, and ensures all contractual deliverables with the local behavioral health authority are met timely and adequately.
- Participates in the development of organizational strategic plans for case management and care coordination programs, workflows, policies and procedures.
- Responsible for implementing case management and care coordination services according to contractual deliverables with LBHA.
- Collaborates with senior management to integrate care coordination and case management needs in organization-wide initiatives, including, but not limited to, electronic medical records, revenue management, service-delivery, and business intelligence.
- Oversees data collection, analysis, and auditing, and the preparation of presentations, proposals, and executive summaries. Utilizes data and metrics to develop and prioritize quality initiatives and long and short-term strategic planning for programming.
- Obtains appropriate authorizations and ensures cases are assigned, and services are delivered in compliance with program policies and all regulations.
- Manage compliance with accreditation and licensure requirements.
- Responsible for employee performance reviews, recruitment, retention, terminations, and staff development and training.
- Monitors and tracks documentation to ensure compliance and deliverables.
- Demonstrate adherence to company policies, expectations, and behavioral competencies, both explicit and implicit.
- All tasks, projects, and/or duties as assigned and authorized, which are congruent as determined by Direct Supervisor, Department Head, and Executive Director.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in human services
Experience
- 2 years as a care/case management professional, Required.
- 3 years of experience working in Baltimore City, Preferred.
