A growing healthcare company is seeking a results-driven In-House Recruiter to support their hiring needs. This role involves sourcing candidates, conducting outreach, scheduling interviews, and ensuring that weekly hiring goals are met.
Responsibilities Include:
• Source and attract candidates through outreach and marketing efforts.
• Conduct initial emails, phone calls, and interviews.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Achieve quotas for interviews and hires.
• Explain company programs and opportunities to candidates.
• Represent the company professionally and confidently in all interactions.
Ideal Qualifications:
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident, proactive, and unafraid to reach out to candidates.
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Recruiting or staffing experience strongly preferred.
Compensation:
$65,000 – $75,000/year base salary + performance-based bonuses tied to successful hires.
