Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that all cleaning tasks are performed to the highest standards. The House Cleaner will work as part of a team, utilizing various cleaning techniques and equipment to achieve optimal results.

Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Execute carpet cleaning and floor care tasks to maintain the appearance and hygiene of various flooring types.
  • Manage housekeeping duties effectively, ensuring all areas are clean and organized.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning visit.
  • Conduct regular inspections of cleaned areas to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required.
  • Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and the ability to operate various cleaning equipment effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
