Data Management Specialist
. Our Provider Support Services Department, operating under the Technology Division, is dedicated to ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of our provider data. This unique structure allows for close collaboration between IT and operational teams, ensuring that our credentialing and data management processes are both efficient and technically sound.

This position is ideal for Medical Staff Services professionals, credentialing specialists, or data-driven administrators who enjoy organization, precision, and problem-solving in a collaborative environment. The Data Management Specialist plays a key role in supporting our provider network operations, credentialing processes, and data governance standards — all vital to maintaining our commitment to excellence and compliance.

Before transitioning to a hybrid role, the initial phase will include 2-4 months of in-office training (Beaverton, OR, off 217).

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Collect, validate, and enter provider data with precision.
  • Monitor data quality, perform audits, and uphold data integrity.
  • Support
    CredentialStream
    operations for credentialing, recredentialing, and contracting workflows.
  • Collaborate across departments — including IT, Provider Engagement, and Analysts — to streamline data processes and improve efficiency.
  • Maintain documentation and data standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1+ year of experience in data management, credentialing, or a related technical or administrative area.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with databases or credentialing software (CredentialStream experience a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
  • A collaborative, curious, and solutions-driven mindset.
