Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set to handle various maintenance and repair tasks in a resort setting. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, excellent customer service skills, and a proactive approach to facilities maintenance. The Handy Man will be responsible for ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on resort properties, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work on rooms and in buildings.
  • Maintain Pools.
  • Utilize mechanical knowledge to repair or replace faulty equipment as needed.
  • Fabricate custom solutions for unique repair challenges.
  • Dock work
  • Lawn care
  • General maintenance
