The Managing Partner of the Institute for Higher Learning in Ann Arbor, Michigan, is seeking a Weekend Nanny to join her house team. The family moved from New York City a few years ago and loves to explore a diverse range of exciting activities.

The nanny will be responsible for the care and developmental stimulation of her 3-year-old son on the weekends. The child has a full-time nanny that cares for him Monday-Friday. The family also has a 11-year-old son and 8-year-old daughter, who have their own nannies. Candidate must commit to staying with the family for at least 1-2 years.

In addition to being a team player able to work alongside other household staff, the ideal candidate must possess the following:

  • previous full-time experience as a nanny of toddlers
  • current or former teaching experience is a plus
  • A-Z knowledge of childcare and child development
  • mature, smart, fun, warm, loving, engaging, and active
  • dependable, flexible, and proactive are a must
  • clean background check and clean driving record
  • high degree of confidentiality, sophistication, and advanced command of English

The nanny's schedule will be Saturday and Sunday from 6:30am to 7pm.

Pay will be $20 to $25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
