Automotive Mechanic
Dundalk, MD | All Roads / Norris Honda   Join a trusted, long-standing dealership where your work matters. Norris Honda is adding an Automotive Technician to our service team to inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles with accuracy and care. You'll have steady workflow, supportive leadership, and clear paths to grow your skills.   Compensation & Schedule
  • Flat rate pay: $18–$30/hour (based on experience)
  • Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 for qualified candidates
  • Service Hours:
    • Monday–Friday: 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
    • Saturday: 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.

What You'll Do
  • Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, inspections)
  • Diagnose mechanical/electrical issues and complete in-depth repairs
  • Document brake pad and tire wear measurements; perform fluid services
  • Mentor Express Techs and support team development
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license
  • 2+ years automotive repair experience
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • ASE certifications preferred; Honda/Acura certifications a plus
