Description

  • Customer-Centric Collaboration:
    Promote a customer-first approach by actively engaging with stakeholders and incorporating continuous feedback throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Product Vision & Strategy:
    Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with organizational goals, turning strategy into actionable requirements.
  • Backlog & Release Management:
    Prioritize and manage the program backlog, features, and releases to ensure alignment with business objectives and agile delivery.
  • Agile & Lean Execution:
    Utilize Design Thinking and work within Agile and SAFe methodologies to efficiently address customer needs and deliver value.
  • End-to-End Product Leadership:
    Lead all stages of the product lifecycle-from research and planning to launch-ensuring effective value stream execution and market alignment.

Profile

  • Experience with Fixed Income products is exxential
  • Experience in the investment industry, investment securities, systems, data, controls and processes
  • Understand basics of coding, API Design, and working with developers
  • People management experience
