The Role:
We are looking for an experienced BCBA to join our team as a clinical supervisor. You will oversee RBTs, ensure compliance with BACB standards, provide clinical guidance, and help shape the growth of our agency. This is an opportunity to apply your expertise in a small, dynamic environment where your leadership will have a direct impact.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor RBTs through regular check-ins, observations, and feedback.
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans and programming.
- Ensure agency practices comply with BACB rules and regulations.
- Collaborate with families to support behavior intervention programs.
- Participate in agency growth discussions, helping shape policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification in good standing.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supervising ABA programs.
- Strong knowledge of BACB regulations and ethical guidelines.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Comfortable working in a smaller, flexible agency environment.

Pay: $ $95.00 per hour
