We're looking for a Marketing Associate who is part storyteller, part content creator, part creative spark — someone who can bring our brand to life through compelling visuals, authentic stories, and engaging digital experiences.

If you love writing, photography, video, and design — and you're just as comfortable behind a camera as you are behind a keyboard — this is your kind of job.

What You'll Do

Create & Curate

  • Write and publish content that inspires — blogs, newsletters, social media posts, web copy, and beyond.
  • Capture the beauty of our products and projects through photography and video — from job sites to finished outdoor spaces.
  • Edit photo and video content for use across platforms, creating scroll-stopping visuals that showcase craftsmanship and creativity.
  • Collaborate with our sales, design, and product teams to tell authentic stories about our brand, customers, and partners.

Engage & Grow

  • Manage our social media channels — plan posts, grow engagement, and keep our community inspired and informed.
  • Build and send email newsletters that people actually want to open.
  • Bring fresh ideas to campaigns, product launches, and events.

Refine & Optimize

  • Track what's working (and what's not) through analytics and use insights to guide future content.
  • Keep our digital presence consistent, creative, and on-brand across every touchpoint.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital content creation.
  • A creative mind and strong storytelling instincts — you know how to turn products and projects into visual stories.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with an ear for tone and a sharp eye for detail.
  • Hands-on photo and video skills (shooting, editing, basic lighting and composition).
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
  • Experience managing social media platforms and using analytics tools to measure success.
  • A positive, proactive attitude — you're a doer, not just a dreamer.
  • Bonus: experience with construction, architecture, design, or manufacturing content.
