The Delivery Coordinator helps to manage the success of our operation in a high-volume home delivery environment. To be successful, the coordinator must maintain strong customer, colleague, and vendor relationships, and have a strong knowledge of safety protocols and proper delivery procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and supporting deliveries from beginning to end, serving as the expert for answering questions and solving problems related to deliveries.
- Routing and assigning daily routes within Dispatch Track for each delivery team.
- Tracking and ensuring merchandise is accurately accounted for, handled, and delivered.
- Daily and weekly collection of operational data and performance report assessments.
- Building relationships and establish effective communication with customers, clients, and staff to ensure continued and expanding operating improvements.
- Ensuring daily truck inspections + safety measures are met.
- Other duties may be assigned.

Employment Type & Hours:
- Full-time position that will consist of 40 hours per week.
- Hours are 2:00pm to 9:00pm, Tuesday - Saturday
- Possible overtime during peak season

QualificationsWhat You'll Need:
- High School Diploma/Equivalent.
- 2-4 years' job-related experience and/or a combination of both education and experience are required.
- Effective problem-solving, oral, and written communication skills.
Experience in Logistics/In-Home Delivery/ a plus.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations preferred.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, clients, and other outside organizations.
