Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Copado Administrator / Salesforce Administrator
to manage Salesforce platform configurations, oversee DevOps operations, and maintain data integrity across environments. The ideal candidate will support deployment pipelines, ensure system reliability, and maintain compliance policies.

This role requires strong knowledge of Salesforce administration, Copado DevOps, and data backup/recovery solutions such as OwnBackup.

Key Responsibilities

Copado & DevOps Administration

  • Administer and maintain Copado DevOps, user access, pipelines, and deployment automation.
  • Manage deployment pipelines across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production.
  • Integrate Git version control and maintain release integrity through structured change management.
  • Collaborate with development and business teams to support release schedules.
  • Implement and document Change & Configuration Management standards.
  • Ensure compliance with state-level security and audit requirements.

Salesforce System Administration

  • Configure and customize Salesforce to meet agency needs.
  • Manage users, profiles, roles, objects, fields, and validation rules.
  • Support system changes and functional enhancements.
  • Monitor system usage, mentor users, and promote adoption of new features.
  • Communicate updates and system changes effectively.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to enhance user experience and system efficiency.

Data Management & Integration

  • Perform data imports, updates, and transformations via Workbench, Data Loader, etc.
  • Maintain data quality across all Salesforce objects.
  • Manage OwnBackup for data backup and recovery.
  • Execute data seeding with OwnBackup for sandbox/test environments.
  • Monitor and resolve integration and synchronization errors.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and report folders.
  • Document processes, data flows, system configurations, and release notes.
  • Maintain deployment logs and user training materials.
