Field Service Engineer – Siemens CT
Location: Pacific Northwest Region (Portland, OR through Seattle, WA)
Job Type: Permanent / Full-Time
Salary Range: $140,000 – $180,000 per year (based on experience)
Travel: 50% – 75% within the Pacific Northwest
Work Authorization: U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder required
Relocation Assistance: Available for qualified candidates
Job Summary
An established medical technology service provider is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer (FSE) specializing in Siemens CT equipment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience servicing Siemens CT systems, a strong technical background in CT imaging technology, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and repair of Siemens CT systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues to ensure minimal equipment downtime
- Maintain detailed service logs and documentation
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of service issues
- Support installation and configuration of CT equipment when required
- Adhere to company safety and quality standards at all times
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience servicing Siemens CT equipment
- Strong technical knowledge of CT imaging technology and related components
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; ERP system experience a plus
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently (50–75%) throughout the Pacific Northwest
- Ability to lift or move equipment weighing up to 100 lbs and work in varied physical positions (bending, crouching, climbing, kneeling, etc.)
- Must pass any required customer credentialing processes
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in medical imaging service or hospital equipment maintenance
- Familiarity with other Siemens imaging modalities (CT, MRI, X-Ray, etc.)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
