Campus Director of Education 
 
Location: Norfolk, VA
Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt
Compensation: up to $90,000
 
We are seeking a dedicated Campus Director of Education to lead the academic operations of our campus. This role ensures the quality, compliance, and continuous improvement of all educational programs while supporting and developing our instructional team.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure curriculum accuracy and proper use of current instructional materials.
  • Conduct regular instructor performance audits and classroom observations.
  • Oversee faculty training, development, and Faculty Personnel Reports (FPR).
  • Lead Program Coordinator meetings and support Program Advisory Committee (PAC) processes.
  • Collaborate with campus and corporate leaders to maintain compliance with COE, state, and regulatory standards.
  • Supervise all campus instructors and support instructional excellence.
Qualifications
  • Associates Degree required, Bachelors Degree Preferred
  • Experience in private postsecondary education preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CampusNexus experience a plus.
