Installation Technician

Do you like working with your hands, solving problems, and seeing the results of your work come to life? Join our team at Goodwin Tucker Group as an Installation Technician

In this role, you'll install commercial kitchen equipment, HVAC units, walk-in coolers, and freezers at customer sites. You'll also deliver equipment, unload trucks, and ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and with professionalism.

What You'll Do

  • Install kitchen and HVAC equipment at job sites
  • Deliver and unload equipment (forklift experience a plus)
  • Read and follow safety manuals and company procedures
  • Maintain a positive, professional image
  • Travel occasionally for projects

What We're Looking For

  • Must be at least 18 yrs of age
  • Valid driver's license and driving record that aligns with our safety standards
  • Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen required
  • Mechanically inclined with troubleshooting skills
  • Able to lift to 100 lbs. and work flexible hours—what hours are we looking for????
  • Team player who can also work independently

Installers – While standard hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., this position offers variety with frequent travel and schedule changes outside of those hours. You'll have the opportunity to take on different assignments in new locations, with at least 24 hours' notice provided whenever possible. Per diem compensation is included for travel-related work.
