Job Summary

We're looking for a Shipping and Receiving Specialist to join our team This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, being part of a supportive team, and helping things run smoothly behind the scenes. No previous experience is required — we'll provide all the training you need to feel confident and capable in your role.

As a Shipping and Receiving Specialist, you'll help make sure products and materials are received, organized, and sent out accurately and on time. You'll work in a friendly, team-oriented environment where reliability, safety, and teamwork are valued every day. Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming shipments and check that items match delivery paperwork
  • Prepare outgoing packages and ensure they're labeled correctly for shipment
  • Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized
  • Assist with loading and unloading deliveries (training and equipment provided)
  • Sort and store materials in their proper locations
  • Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors about shipments or supplies
  • Follow simple safety and handling procedures (training provided)
  • Help with basic inventory tasks, such as counting or labeling items
