Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Director of Product Management
or
Product Leader
to join a
data focused company
and drive product strategy at scale. This role is ideal for a senior product leader with a strong background in
Product Management
and experience operating in data driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as
    Director of Product Management
    , owning product vision, strategy, and execution across multiple product lines
  • Provide senior-level leadership and direction to Product Management teams
  • Drive end-to-end
    Product Management
    practices, from discovery and roadmap definition through delivery and optimisation
  • Lead product strategy in a
    data-focused organisation
    , ensuring data-driven decision making at all levels
  • Partner closely with engineering, data, design, and executive stakeholders to deliver business impact
  • Establish product governance, prioritisation frameworks, and operating models
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality product execution and outcomes
  • Mentor senior product leaders and develop high-performing teams
  • Represent Product Management at leadership and executive forums

You'll Bring

  • 6+ years of experience in
    Product Management
    , including senior leadership roles
  • Proven experience as a
    Director of Product Management
    or equivalent (Head of Product, CPO, Senior Director)
  • Demonstrated experience working in a
    data-focused company
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication and decision-making abilities

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with data platforms, data governance, or data orchestration products
  • Enterprise SaaS or large-scale technology environments
