Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented
Recruitment Specialist
to join our team in Los Angeles.
In this role, you will manage the
full-cycle recruitment process
across multiple functions, including content, live-streaming, operations, and business support roles. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, attract top talent, and ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience from start to finish.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting
– from job posting, sourcing, and screening to interviews, offers, and onboarding. - Partner with hiring managers
to understand role requirements and create effective recruiting strategies. - Source candidates proactively
through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and social media. - Coordinate interviews and feedback
, ensuring clear communication between candidates and interview teams. - Maintain accurate candidate data
in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure all records are up to date. - Generate recruiting reports
and track key metrics such as pipeline progress, time-to-fill, and source effectiveness. - Support offer and onboarding processes
, ensuring a positive candidate-to-employee transition. - Promote employer branding
by participating in recruitment events and online talent engagement activities.
Qualifications
Basic Requirements
- 1+ years of recruiting or HR experience, including at least 1 year of full-cycle recruitment.
- Strong understanding of U.S. employment laws and compliance in hiring practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Mandarin proficiency is a plus).
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce, live-streaming, or startup environments.
- Strong data skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of U.S. local recruitment markets and sourcing networks.
- Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) preferred.
