Summary

Do you have a passion for design, appreciation for luxury product and a proven track record of remarkable client service? Artistic Tile is seeking Design/Sales Associates to join our New York City team. As a member of this dynamic crew, you will be a primary point of contact for our client collection of architects, designers, contractors, and homeowners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quickly gain a strong knowledge of the Artistic Tile product offerings and custom capabilities
  • Maintain excellence in service for established clients and generate new clients with consistent communication via telephone, email, video conference and/or internal and external in-person meetings
  • Book and maintain a calendar of design/sales meetings providing clients with vision and detailed information on applicable product offerings
  • Maintain client profiles and activity data in our CRM system
  • Manage all aspects of the sales cycle including space design, quote/order processing and logistical requirements
  • Provide accurate and timely reports to management including call reports, sales forecasts, and additional information as requested
  • Attendance and assistance with showroom events
  • Other duties as assigned

Artistic Tile Candidates:

  • 3+ years in sales; luxury sales experience a plus
  • Enjoy autonomy & can self-direct on a day-to-day basis
  • Creative thinking skills resulting in design inspiration supporting product sales
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Solid self-reliance with the ability to problem-solve and make independent decisions in line with the company's s policies and procedures
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs including evening and weekend availability
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lift and maneuver up to 30 pounds.

· CRM experience
