This role requires you to manage work orders in the Corrigo CMMS system and assist with coordinating and scheduling requests, reactive and maintenance activities. You'll provide assistance to the FM and to the client-facilities staff and service providers while serving as JLL liaison that reflects JLL's commitment to operational excellence and client satisfaction through effective facility management.What your day-to-day will look like:Understand the operational & technical requirements of the site(s) and ensure that SLAS are met and current service agreement and COI are maintained to provide services in compliance.Assist the client with procurement/sourcing and supply chain with vendor engagement, setup, and management for services required at site level for Corrigo connection and COI compliancy and renewals.Assists with vendor management for maintenance of Docks/Doors/Levelers, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, HVAC, Roof and others defined within the portfolio of respective sites.Manages vendor Quotes, Invoices, and Payments; to ensure these are submitted in a timely manner and uploaded in the work order(s).Proficiency with JLL's Corrigo system for work order management. Manage and maintain work orders in Corrigo CMMS system while tracking maintenance activities to completion.  AT LEAST 3 YEARS of CORRIGO EXPERIENCE as a WO CREATE-APPROVER ROLE, CPA or equivalent.Meets Health Safety and Environment (HSE) and/or all other applicable regulatory / safety requirements on client's premises/sites.Monitors work orders during FM's travel and/or leave.Assist the client's area/site managers and JLL Call Center in creating Emergency work orders; and to monitor vendor work order pickup and completion.Proactively communicates with the site operations team/managers on work order status.Provide direction and information to vendors, facilities staff, and service providers for excellent coordination and executionAssist with the annual, quarterly, and monthly spend reports.Assist with researching, analyzing, and reporting work order detail information as and when requested by the client.Perform other related duties as assigned to support comprehensive facility management.Actively supports an environment of teamwork, co-operation, performance excellence and personal success.Maintains daily communications with FM to ensure resolution and proper follow-up on arising issues.Participates in performance management program, and personal development planning in MyLearning and JLL Best Practices.Acts as an ambassador for JLL by behaving consistently with cultural and ethical requirementsRequired Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in facilities management or related fields, as FC or AFM.Minimum 3 years of experience with Corrigo Enterprise.  Knowledge of CorrigoPro. Knowledge of Corrigo Customer Portal.Sourcing background/experience. / Understanding of sourcing and supply chain processes in facility management.Location: Remote - preferred to live in the central and/ or eastern regions to be available for onsite meetings and client site visits.Work Shift: Standard business hoursEstimated compensation for this position:45,000.00 – 70,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
