Overview

We're partnering with two established
automotive manufacturing companies
—one in
Southern New Hampshire
and one in
Phoenix, Arizona
—to add
Manufacturing Engineers
to their growing teams.

These roles are ideal for engineers who thrive in a
hands-on, fast-paced production environment
and enjoy solving complex problems that drive measurable improvements in quality, cost, and efficiency. The Manufacturing Engineer will play a key role in supporting high-performance production through process optimization, supplier collaboration, and technical innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and lead improvement projects that enhance production efficiency, reduce cost, and improve product quality.
  • Design and implement engineering solutions that support increased output and long-term process stability.
  • Support the production team with sustainable process development, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
  • Manage communication and relationships with component and equipment suppliers.
  • Contribute to fixture and tooling design, fabrication, and optimization.
  • Use data analysis to identify trends, measure results, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, production, and quality teams to ensure smooth workflow and alignment on project priorities.

Desired Qualifications

  • Proactive, analytical problem solver with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience in
    mechanical engineering
    and
    manufacturing environments
    .
  • Automotive industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Skilled in fixture and tooling design, process optimization, and fabrication.
  • Familiarity with both manual and CNC machining environments.
  • Strong leadership qualities and the ability to drive organizational improvements.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or Process Engineering.
  • New graduates with relevant internships or co-op experience are encouraged to apply.
  • OR
  • Associate degree
    in Engineering with significant automotive or manufacturing experience.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems such as
    gear trains, hydraulics, and rotating machinery
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Excel
    for data manipulation, calculations, and visualizations.
  • Positive, team-first attitude with an eagerness to learn and tackle new challenges.
