  • Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams, business process teams, and other stakeholders to gather and fulfill integration requirements.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Ensure the integrity and quality of customer data across all integrated systems through rigorous testing and validation processes, as well as supporting any applicable privacy regulations.
  • Integration Patterns: Follow industry best practices and established integration patterns to ensure seamless and efficient data integration.
  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage integration projects from inception to completion, ensuring that timelines and objectives are met.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, architectures, and data flows.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance data integration efficiency and effectiveness.

OK, I'm interested… is this the job for me?

We look for people who value agility, passion and teamwork; those who can bring fresh ideas to the table and want the opportunity to learn, grow, and expand their careers. Bring your aptitude and build upon what you do best for our customers, partners, team, and you.

Qualifications:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in integration platforms and tools. Strong knowledge of SQL, ETL processes, Spark, and REST/SOAP API integrations. Experience with tools such as Zapier, Windsor, and Segment.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data integration scenarios.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
