Job Description
Our top global F500 healthcare client currently has an opportunity for an experienced Senior Software Engineer - Python

The Sr. Software Development Enginer - Python will contribute to the development and maintenance of Maintenance and Diagnostic procedures for diagnostic test analyzers. You will support and implement IronPython scripts.

What You'll Do
Software development responsibilities include executing software development life cycle activities from software requirements, design and implementation through design verification.

Develop, test and integrate software using current software technologies.

Responsible for fault isolation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis activities during system integration and testing for systems in development and On-Market.

Able to apply the latest software design and development tools and techniques as required.

Ability to work with cross functional teams to maintain/advance the Maintenance and Diagnostics strategy and held accountable for the work output.

Qualifications
Education And Experience You'll Bring
Required
Bachelor's in Electrical or Computer Science or related engineering or scientific field.

6 yrs relevant experience and a bachelor's degree or 4 years with a master's degree

Preferred
Excellent knowledge of programming concepts using scripting languages such as Python, Perl or Ruby.

Familiar with Microsoft .NET technology framework and object-oriented programming

Knowledge of the Agile software development lifecycle
