NIGHT SERVICE MANAGER - Rancho Cucamonga, CA (approx. 5:30pm for 8-hour shifts)

Lewis Apartment Communities is actively recruiting a full-time, personable, and responsible individual for the important position of Night Service Manager to work at Jamboree, a beautiful Lewis community in the Rancho Cucamonga area.

More about your new career:

This full-time evening/night position (approximately 5:30 pm for 8-hour shifts) would involve supervising your communities by enforcing rules and regulations in a positive and proactive manner. Parking enforcement, property patrols, minor maintenance troubleshooting to assist our residents, and an overall "customer service-first approach" to Lewis residents will be just part of your responsibilities.

Qualifications & duties for success:

  • Previous military, public safety, law enforcement, and/or customer service management experience highly preferred
  • Previous experience working with the public/customers, enforcing policies and/or business rules
  • Documenting and writing up shift reports/daily logs for community activity, resident service, parking reports, etc.
  • Directing and handling automobile towing situations
  • Acting as a liaison with city/county police, fire, and other emergency services
  • Handling small maintenance requests for Lewis residents, such as changing light bulbs, unclogging sinks, and other minor apartment issues
  • Distributing resident correspondence, newsletters, citations, or other communications after hours
  • Top candidates will have the ability to handle stressful situations professionally, self-supervise, and work independently
  • Days off for this position are Sat / Sun.

Note: Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Salary & Perks:

In addition to your competitive hourly wage of $22.50/hour, Lewis offers $60/month cellphone allowance, annual bonus and raise potential, a variety of health benefits, 401k with company match, 20% apartment discounts, and much more. Days off are Monday/Tues.
