    Job Title: Multilingual Lead Teacher-Lincoln Elementary
    Duration: October May 2026
    Stipend: $1625
    Payment: December and May
    Reports To: Principal/Director of Bilingual Services

    Position is responsible for overseeing the compliance elements of the bilingual program at their
    assigned school and maintaining student information and data for students identified as English
    Learners (Els). Applicant must be a current teacher at that school site

    Essential Duties
    (These are intended only as illustrations of the various types of work performed. The omission

    logical assignment to the position.)
    1. Oversees new student English screening
    2. Coordinates ACCESS WIDA screening at the school
    3. Updates and maintain EL folders
    4. Creates and send placement letters for all Els
    5. Monitors student data and oversees EL protocols
    6. Monitors student data for transitioned Els each quarter
    7. Meets with school leaders with frequency to discuss EL student needs, areas of growth,
    strengths with regards to student data and information, etc.
    8. Attends periodic meetings with the Director of Bilingual Services and other staff (before
    or after work hours)
    9. Supports the professional development regarding Els by planning or attending PD
    10. Oversees and coordinates WIDA ACCESS testing each year
    11. Maintains professionalism and confidentiality

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
    1. ESL or Bilingual Endorsement required
    2. Excellent communication and organizational skills
    3. Must possess the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with
    school administrators, parents, and students
    4. Strong knowledge of technology skills preferred
