Production Agent Job Description:

The Vape Production Agent works under the direction of the Vape Team Lead, assisting in the preparation, filling, assembling, and packaging of all vape products, including 510 cartridges and pods. Responsibilities include accurate measuring and weighing of oils, operating basic vape-filling equipment, maintaining strict quality standards, and promptly reporting equipment, product, or workflow issues.

This role requires excellent attention to detail, the ability to follow precise SOPs, and strong teamwork within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Previous production experience is preferred; vape or cannabis manufacturing experience is a plus.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist with preparation, measuring, and weighing of distillate, rosin, terpenes, and other formulation inputs for vape production.
• Support the Vape Team Lead in operating vape-filling equipment (e.g., Vape Jet) including setup, monitoring, and basic cleaning.
• Assemble, cap, and inspect 510 cartridges and pods according to company SOPs.
• Perform accurate fill checks, record weights, and document production results throughout the shift.
• Monitor the production line and remove defective or irregular units.
• Finalize, package, and label vape products with accuracy and compliance.
• Follow all oil-handling safety procedures to prevent contamination or product loss.

General Production Responsibilities

• Follow established health, safety, and sanitary guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and assist with cleaning of equipment and tools.
• Adapt to various production methods and adjust techniques to maintain pace and quality.
• Work with a sense of urgency, meeting daily production targets and timelines.
• Properly store raw materials, oils, packaging components, and finished goods.
• Report equipment concerns, product issues, or workflow problems to the Vape Lead or Production Manager.
• Record time worked accurately and honestly.
• Perform daily destruction and waste-outs according to SOP.
• Assist other departments as needed and perform other tasks assigned by leadership.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to work well with others and independently
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Good personal hygiene and adherence to cleanroom standards
• Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated
• Ability to maintain quality and focus during repetitive tasks
• Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus (for supporting equipment setup/cleaning)

Requirements:

• Valid state-issued government ID
• Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time
• 21+ years of age
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must have reliable transportation

In order to be hired must pass a background through the state. This costs are $150 for the agent card and approximately $30 for fingerprints. Make sure you keep your receipts, and we will reimburse you upon your completion of the 90 day probationary period.

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday: 7AM- 3:30PM, 40-hour weekly commitment
• Occasional overtime (optional)

Experience:

• Cannabis industry: 1+ year (Preferred)
• Production/manufacturing: 1+ year (Preferred)
• Experience with cannabis vape products or packaging is a plus.
