As a Clinical Research Associate, you will play a vital role in organizing and overseeing clinical trials from beginning to end. Your work guarantees that studies are conducted safely, ethically, and in accordance with all relevant protocols.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Supervising study sites and activities to ensure everything functions according to industry standards and the specific terms of each study.
  • Collecting and validating data collection forms, also known as case report forms, to ensure the accuracy and integrity of clinical data.
  • Screening potential study participants through reviewing medical records, conducting interviews, and following up with healthcare providers.
  • Coordinating with ethics committees to safeguard all research subjects' rights, safety, and well-being and ensure adherence to ethical guidelines.
  • Keeping detailed records of all research activities, including regulatory forms, drug dispensation logs, case reports, and consent forms.
  • Preparing final study reports, occasional manuscripts or publications, and New Drug Applications (NDAs) and Biological License Applications (BLAs).
  • Ensuring that clinical case data is properly transmitted to data management centers, reviewing any questions or issues that arise, and clarifying or updating data as necessary.
  • Overseeing, training, and supporting research, technical, and administrative staff—including hiring, goal setting, and workload management.

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-2 years of wound care nursing experience.
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience relevant to the role.
  • Confident in basic math—decimals, fractions, and everything.
  • Clear and effective communicator in both writing and speaking.
  • Intermediate reasoning and problem-solving skills.
