About the Role

We're looking for a Junior AI Artist to support the creation of cutting-edge visuals using next generation AI tools. This role sits between design, VFX, and creative technology, helping produce high quality imagery and motion assets for commercials, films, and experiential media.

Responsibilities

  • Generate high quality concept frames, lookdev images, and motion clips using AI tools.
  • Support artists with style frames, previs, and mood explorations.
  • Prepare, clean, and organize datasets for image/video generation.
  • Maintain strong continuity and art direction across AI sequences.
  • Work with compositors, designers, and CG teams to integrate AI outputs into final workflows.
  • QA all outputs for consistency, geometry stability, and brand/tone accuracy.
  • Organize prompts, seeds, workflows, and asset libraries for internal pipelines.

Qualifications

  • Strong visual eye, composition, lighting, design sense.
  • Experience with at least some AI tools (e.g., ComfyUI, Runway, Veo, Wan, Sora style models, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion).
  • Basic Photoshop, After Effects, or Nuke skills.
  • Interest in cinematography, photography, and storytelling.
  • Ability to learn rapidly and iterate quickly based on feedback.
  • Bonus: familiarity with 3D (Blender/C4D), Python, or fine-tuning models.
