Join our team of top-notch mechanics and grow with us As an Avionics Technician II, you will be using your skills and expertise to perform avionics maintenance according to FCC, FAA and company policies and regulations. You'll be responsible for basic installation, testing, troubleshooting and repair of avionics components, and maintenance of test equipment, tools, and manuals.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent and typically 2 or more years of relevant experience
    • A higher-level degree may substitute for experience
    • Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education
  • Ability to understand applicable technical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, manuals, and/or publications; ability to route wires per technical drawings  
  • Basic skills with avionics installation tooling, wiring, wiring repair, and wiring installation
  • Experience with soldering and crimping techniques

  • The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Familiarity with FCC and FCC GROL
  • Basic understanding of spectrometer, oscilloscope. and/or pitot static equipment
  • Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, the US Department of Defense or US Military
