Position Summary:
As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers—handling inbound calls and online inquiries, as well as making outbound calls to schedule qualified appointments for our sales team specializing in exterior remodeling, roofing, and bath solutions. We are looking for someone who is driven to succeed and motivated by the opportunity to increase earnings through performance.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as the voice of All States Home Improvement, representing our brand with positivity, professionalism, and respect in every interaction.
- Manage inbound calls, web inquiries, and outbound follow-ups to set qualified appointments for our sales team.
- Use the company's proven appointment-setting process to achieve or exceed activity and conversion goals.
- Accurately gather and enter all homeowner information into our CRM, including names, contact details, and project interests.
- Engage customers through active listening and thoughtful questions to uncover their needs, challenges, and goals.
- Clearly communicate the value of our in-home consultations and ensure all decision-makers are included in scheduled appointments.
- Follow structured call plans to maximize productivity, maintain consistent call volume, and manage callbacks effectively.
- Schedule appointments according to availability, documenting all key details and special instructions to ensure a smooth handoff to the sales team.
- Take ownership of customer satisfaction — follow up promptly on voicemails, online inquiries, and any issues that arise to ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate records and notes in the CRM to support communication, reporting, and future outreach efforts.
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with acceptable DMV record
- Customer Service Skills

Schedule:
Hours: Full-time | Monday through Saturday availability| Shifts: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM or 9:00am-6:00 PM
Earning Potential:
Base pay of $18/hour plus uncapped bonus opportunities—many of our team members earn $1,500 or more in bonuses each month by meeting or exceeding their appointment goals.
