Job Description:

Hallmark Homecare is seeking experienced caregivers with 5 or more years of caregiving experience. You will play a vital role in providing specialized care and support to our client.

Responsibilities:

  • Personal Care Assistance
  • Mobility Support: Assist with transfers
  • Medication reminders
  • Meal Preparation & Cooking: Prepare nutritious meals in line with a heart-healthy diet while incorporating the client's favorite foods
  • Light Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized living space, including laundry, dishes, and changing bed linens.
  • Companionship & Engagement: Provide meaningful conversation, companionship, and assistance with daily activities.
  • Running errands: Grocery shopping, picking up medications

Schedule:

Day Shift:

9-12pm

4-7pm
