Summary

As a Toddler Lead Teacher, you will be instrumental in fostering a nurturing and educational environment for young children. Reporting to the Early Childhood Education Director, you will utilize your core skills in childcare and early childhood education to create engaging lesson plans and manage classroom dynamics. Your premium skills in first aid and special education will ensure a safe and inclusive atmosphere for all students. Additionally, your relevant experience in behavior management and caregiving will support the developmental needs of toddlers, making a lasting impact on their growth and learning journey.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to toddlers' developmental needs.
  • Foster a safe and nurturing classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
  • Supervise and interact with children during playtime and activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and any concerns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom, adhering to health and safety standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week
