Lady's Way was founded in 2025 by Dorisea Hart, a Certified Nursing Assistant with over a decade of experience. Her vision was simple yet powerful: to create an agency that treats every client like family. What You'll Do as an RN/LPN
As a vital part of the Lady's Way team, you'll play an essential role in delivering high-quality care to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct nursing care and support tailored to each client's needs.
- Assisting with personal care, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Monitoring and managing clients' health conditions and medications.
- Offering companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being.
- Collaborating with families and caregivers to ensure a comprehensive care plan.
- Upholding our core values of compassion, professionalism, and dignity in every interaction.
What We're Looking For
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- A current RN or LPN license.
- A minimum of 5 years of nursing experience.
- A commitment to delivering compassionate, professional, and reliable care.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with clients and their families.
