Senior Project Manager – Mechanical Construction
, you will oversee every stage of HVAC and mechanical construction projects — from planning and design to delivery. You will ensure each project runs smoothly, on time and within budget, while keeping communication open between all stakeholders.

This is a senior role where your technical knowledge, leadership and organisational skills will shine. You will play a key role in driving project success and supporting both your clients and your on-site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of HVAC and mechanical construction projects.
  • Oversee safety compliance and promote a strong safety culture.
  • Lead document control, scope of work, and scheduling.
  • Manage field resources, procurement, and cost estimation.
  • Monitor project budgets and financial performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Support the sales process and contribute to project strategy.

  • 8+ years of experience in construction project management.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems and construction documentation.
  • Skilled in business administration, finance, and customer relations.
  • Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships.
  • Organised, adaptable, and solutions-focused.
  • Willing to travel as required.
