Summary

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic team in West Sacramento, CA. In this role, you will oversee various construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Your leadership will be crucial in driving our mission forward and delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Candidate must have the following skills and experience:

  • Knowledge of all systems and current products used in windows & glazing industry, including but not be limited to: Vinyl, aluminum Windows.
  • Analyze architectural details and shop drawings, interpret specifications, use Bluebeam software, calculate material takeoffs, obtain quotes from suppliers, prepare cost estimates, project schedules, provide accurate and detailed bids, and material procurement.
  • Prepare, coordinate and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, SOV's, shop drawings, material orders, budgets, schedules and progress reports.
  • Computer proficient (MS Office Suite)
  • Ability to multi-task and run multiple projects at various stages simultaneously.
  • Keen attention to detail, organization and mechanical aptitude.
  • Strong communication skills and relationship management with clients and team members to create a cohesive, productive, fun, and team emphasized work environment.
  • Minimum three-five (3-5) years successful glass/glazing experience performing duties and responsibilities described above for commercial projects preferred.
  • High school education and driver's license are required.
  • All candidates agree to complete the company pre-employment background screening and drug and alcohol testing.
