*Position Summary:*
This position is for a skin care manufacturing specialist located in Rochester, MN. This position will support manufacturing of our unique biologic technology and finished skincare products. The ideal candidate will have strong laboratory skills and ability to work independently and as a member of a small team. This is a hands-on role to support both current and future development and manufacturing of cutting-edge skincare products.

*Job Responsibilities:*

• Small scale manufacturing of cosmetic key ingredient, Human Platelet Extract
• Manufacturing of formulated skincare products
• Product inventory management and procurement
• Assist in the evaluation of new product packaging
• Provide scientific insight into quality, marketing, and business discussions
• Develop new laboratory tests
• Maintain the facility in inspection-ready state

Education And Experience Requirements

• BA or BS in scientific field required.
• 2 years of laboratory experience required; 5 years preferred
• Experience in cosmetics, pharma, or consumer products preferred; Experience in a controlled manufacturing environment required.
