We at Therapy Expert Solutions (TES) are looking for a passionate and compassionate Occupational Therapist for Home Health to join our team of dedicated employees. We take pride in not only providing excellent care to our patients but also creating a positive team environment with employee support.

Coverage Areas: Dallas, TX

Duties:

  • Assessing and evaluating therapeutic/rehabilitative/functional status, and participation in the development of the total plan of care. Evaluates home environment.
  • Assesses for muscle strength, mobility, ROM-potential for rehab.
  • Directing the OT treatment, instructing patients and families/caregivers in the use and care of therapeutic appliances.
  • Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare professionals
  • Adhere to all state and federal regulations and guidelines

Requirements:

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of TEXAS
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to commute is a must
