Qualifications

  • Active State License: Hold an active Nurse Practitioner license in Indiana with Board Certification in PMHNP, FNP or a related field.
  • Experience: At least one year of clinical experience post-licensure, with a strong focus on ADHD and OCD Management.
  • Independent Practice Authority: Either possess full practice authority or currently collaborate with a physician, as per the specific laws and regulations of the state(s) where you are licensed to see patients.
  • Malpractice Insurance: Must have active malpractice insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

  • Telehealth Care Delivery: Provide empathetic, high-quality care to patients via telehealth, specializing in ADHD and OCD Management. Utilize individualized treatment approaches tailored to each patient's specific needs, incorporating evidence-based practices for these conditions.
  • Schedule Management: Effectively manage and adapt your consultation schedule to ensure accessible and timely support for your patients, catering to the dynamics of your specific medical specialty.
  • Service and Fee Structuring: Take responsibility for determining the medical services you offer, selecting the patient demographics you wish to serve, and setting and adjusting your fee structure. Ensure that your services and fees reflect the value and nature of the care you provide in your specialty.
  • Compliance with Standards and Regulations: Maintain high ethical standards and ensure strict compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines applicable to telehealth services for ADHD and OCD Management, including maintaining patient confidentiality and professional conduct.
  • Community Engagement: Actively participate in the Klarity Health provider community, sharing experiences, strategies, and insights, and learning from peers across various medical fields.

Job Types: Contract, Part-time
