QC Flex is searching for an Associate Production Worker to join their team in Rock Island, IL.
As an Associate Production Worker, your primary responsibility will be carrying out various production tasks and supporting production-related activities. This position is designed to cater to the fluctuating demands of the company's production efforts. This position will work Monday through Friday from 8:15 AM to 3:15 PM, making this a 35-hour position. By efficiently completing assigned tasks and assisting in production activities, you will contribute to the overall productivity and success of the team by ensuring production is being completed promptly, along with working both individually and as a team.

Job Responsibilities
Contribute to QC Flex's mission to engage clients professionally and help decision makers achieve their goals efficiently. Set up and execute team operations, ensuring agency property and environments are safe and clean. Operate machinery under supervision for material movement in production and delivery. Follow safety, production, and quality control standards, adhere to work schedules, and suggest improvements for job design and quality control. Maintain professional interactions with colleagues and perform additional assigned duties.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to provide proof of a documented disability
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Must be able to pass a federal background check to become NAID certified, if desired, according to the production manager.
  • Experience in a factory/warehouse setting preferred.
  • Strength and flexibility to lift parts, equipment, and supplies (lifting to 75 lbs.)
  • The ability to interact and communicate effectively with others is required.
  • Ability to perform a variety of tasks at or above the time–studied norm.
  • Ability to stand for the entire shift.
