Data Entry and Client Success Specialist
to join our remote team. This role combines accuracy, efficiency, and customer care to support both our internal operations and client relationships.
Position Overview
The
Data Entry and Client Success Specialist
will play a key role in maintaining accurate client data, ensuring seamless client experiences, and supporting daily business operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and skilled at managing both administrative and client-facing responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone who excels in attention to detail, communication, and providing outstanding service in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain client information across various systems and databases.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency while adhering to established data management standards.
- Collaborate with the Client Success team to assist with onboarding, engagement tracking, and follow-ups.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and support.
- Monitor client accounts to ensure satisfaction, identify improvement opportunities, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Generate and organize reports for internal teams and clients as needed.
- Support cross-functional teams with administrative tasks, documentation, and project coordination.
- Continuously look for process improvement opportunities to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in data entry, client success, customer service, or an administrative support role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing data and documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and CRM platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and organizational discipline.
