We are seeking a talented Mobile Application UI/UX Designer to join our product team, and assist with the development of our Alen Air app. In this role, you will be responsible for designing clean, intuitive, and visually appealing user interfaces for mobile applications across both iOS and Android platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create seamless user experiences that align with business goals and delight our users.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end UI/UX for mobile applications on iOS and Android, from concept to final handoff.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas.
• Develop platform-specific design solutions that comply with Apple Human Interface Guidelinesand Google Material Design.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback and analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and smooth implementation.
• Maintain and evolve the design system, ensuring consistency across products.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile design trends, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, specifically for mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating mobile app designs for both iOS and Android.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of interaction design, visual hierarchy, and responsive design.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into simple and intuitive user experiences.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Knowledge of motion design or animation for mobile interfaces
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems.
