Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to prospective buyers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping customers find the right vehicle to meet their needs. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this will enhance our ability to serve a diverse clientele.

Duties

- Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.

- Demonstrate vehicles and explain features, benefits, and financing options.

- Utilize effective sales techniques, including upselling and cross-selling, to maximize sales opportunities.

- Maintain an organized sales pipeline using software tools for tracking leads and customer interactions.

- Conduct cold calling and follow-up calls to potential customers to generate interest in our inventory.

- Provide exceptional phone etiquette when handling inquiries from customers.

- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets.

- Stay informed about industry trends, vehicle specifications, and financing options to better assist customers.

- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the buying process by addressing any concerns or questions.

Experience

- Proven experience in automotive sales or a related retail environment is preferred.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Familiarity with retail math concepts to assist in pricing and financing discussions.

- Experience in outside sales is a plus, as it demonstrates the ability to engage with customers beyond the showroom.

- Proficiency in using software tools for tracking leads and managing customer relationships is advantageous.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.
